THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Trinity is located in three communities across two locations in Missoula.

There are 72 rental homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms at Westside Place on Cooley Street. Westside Place Twelves of this homes are  three-bedroom rowhouses with garages (approximately 1,500 square feet each).

There are another 100 workforce rental homes with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms at Maple Street Flats on Mullan Road. There are also 30 permanent supportive homes called Blue Heron Place. Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a proven solution for ending chronic homelessness that combines intensive case management and supportive services. Adjacent to Blue Heron Place is the Watershed Navigation Center, which will serve the greater community, offering services such as case management, medical care, prison/jail re-entry support, mental health, and substance use and behavioral health support.
