CO-OP HOUSING FOR INVESTORS

It’s no secret that the pathway to homeownership in Western Montana is a rocky road these days. This is having an impact on buyers as well as local employers and other community stakeholders. In response, we're seeing a growing number of unique solutions for both buyers and investors. Partnering with the Montana Cooperative Development Center and NeighborWorks Montana, we are excited to host two free workshops, one for investors and another for buyers, on June 7 to introduce the co-op model to members of our community. The investors section is for financial services representatives, real estate professionals, business owners, local government representatives and investors.
